ABOUT EMILY
Emily Shoop Design is a graphic design, web development and branding company. After spending several years in marketing for large and small businesses, Emily had exposure to many designers, and learned (sometimes the hard way) that good designers are hard to find. Many designers don’t deliver what they promise, don’t work in a timely fashion, and usually were skilled in either branding/print design or web development, but usually not both.

With experience and skills that could answer both needs, a full service, boutique design company was launched. In the past six years, ESD has provided design and marketing expertise to a full spectrum of industries ranging from non-profits to luxury residential real estate to retail, as well as the launch and on-going marketing of several nationally recognized restaurants in San Francisco.

Inviting, straightforward and distinctive design is what makes Emily Shoop Design sites and print products as attractive as they are productive. Her work promotes and develops brand identity while delivering the sales, filling the seats, or simply creating a mood. Throughout the design process, there is one goal in clear and constant focus – ensuring that the product supports her clients' business goals.

The Villas of Mirada is a luxury residential development in Rancho Mirage, California. The property was recently purchased by Meriwether Management Company in Los Angeles. The Villas of Mirada comprises 46 homes and has an amenities agreement with the adjacent Ritz Carlton Rancho Mirage. ESD also developed the print pieces for the relaunch of this project, including homes brochures, site plans, letterhead and party invitations.

NEW NAME, NEW LOGO

It all started with Mad Will's Foods, then Absinthe Brasserie & Bar, then a cafe and wine shop, and two more restaurants... and a restaurant group was born. Here's The Absinthe's Group new logo. The "A" is from Absinthe's logo. Check back for the new Absinthe Group website.

COME ON DOWN TO BOXING ROOM

Boxing Room is open for lunch and dinner, and here are the menus. The paper stock is similar to kraft paper to convey the look of a box, a historical nod to the restaurant's location in the boxing room of the former Standard Shirts Factory. They are reprinted daily in-house as the dishes change. Check them out in-person by making a reservation.

THE 10X10 BROCHURE

This 8-page brochure for 10x10 was initially created for distribution at Newsweeks's Women in the World Summit in New York. ESD designed the 10x10 logo on the cover, which is the logo for the 10x10 action campaign and feature-length film, to be released in early 2013. View brochure.

Arlequincafe.com and arlequinwine.com recently got a much-needed facelift. New features include an updated look-and-feel, cleaner layout, food photos on the café site, and a searchable database on the wine site (thank you Selerum).

USA Today Arlequin

Arlequin

Thanks to the generosity of Intel Corporation, 10x10 had a nationwide full-page advertisement in USA Today. The ad was featured in a special section of USA Today about investing in women and girls. The ad fueled thousands to visit 10x10's website and Facebook page and become involved with the project. The photo was taken by Producer Martha Adams on location in Nepal.
